Social Influence Specialist
Grant James is a client acquisitions manager based out of Meltwater’s Johannesburg office. James holds a post-graduate degree in business management and administration from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. In his incumbent position, James focuses on aligning media intelligence solutions with corporate pain points, with particular emphasis on the emergent field of influencer marketing.
James had an extensive knowledge on influencer marketing, and the process by which social influence is (and should) be measured in an increasingly digital world. Across James’ remit, his focus resides primarily on assisting brands understand the shifting realm of social influence, and how best to leverage for real business results.
