Emmanuel holds a Msc. in Strategic Marketing (Digital Marketing and social media) from the London school of business and finance, a bachelor’s degree in business information technology (Kenya Methodist university) and a diploma in Management information systems.
Emmanuel started off his career at the E-business strategy department at Kenya Airways and then joined a series of Creative and advertising agencies in Kenya and Uganda, before joining an exciting opportunity with BrighterMonday to start off the marketing department.
He worked as the marketing manager of BrighterMonday and was involved hugely in transforming the brand in east Africa to be the number one jobsite in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
Emmanuel is currently the CEO, where he is keen on transforming operational excellence by by prioritising on user centricity, making the platform more transparent and increasing the job match rates.
